Amy is a writer, producer, and creative tinkerer of many stripes. From TV to stageplays to immersive theater, Amy always has at least a few irons in the fire.
If you forced her to choose a favorite medium, though, she would absolutely choose audio. In 2019, Amy was one of 3 finalists for a podcast-writing competition through the SyFy Channel. She’s had a variety of interesting day jobs since moving to California, from AMC’s Preacher to the LA Philharmonic, but these days she’s producing the political podcast “How To Not Lose Your Sh!t.”
Originally from the great snowy plains of Minnesota, Amy earned her MFA from Northwestern University in 2013 and has been weirding it up in California ever since. She now lives on 10 acres in the mountains outside of Yosemite, finding innovative ways to blend nature, audio, magic, and whimsy.
